One of the things I put in a post about the 26 things I wanted to achive before I turned 27 was being happier with what I've got; I don't think I'm alone in this, it seems to just be a product of the sort of times we live in at the moment. That we're constantly reaching for the next big thing, wanting the latest technology, thinking that buying things will make us happy. In reality, happiness comes from feeling grateful and happy with the things we have; mostly things that money can't buy. So to help me appreciate what I have and in an attempt to be a bit more mindful, I thought I'd put together a gratitude list.
#1 Hot cups of coffee in my new mug.
#2 Rain after a particularly hot day.
#3 Roses blooming in my garden.
#4 Days out with Ada
#5 £3 bunches of peonies in Aldi
#6 Finding an awesome new series on Netflix.
#7 The combination of fresh sheets and pyjamas
#8 Ada's laugh on the swings
#9 Brunch
#10 Pink skies at sunset
#11 Hitting 2000 followers on Bloglovin'
